I just had to share the VG Cats comic I ran into today. Very true for these new HD comics. Yes, brown could very well be a realistic effect, but it’s surely isn’t something I want to see in my HD games. I want something more alive … which is why I play WoW.

Wow. Thank god it doesn’t get that bad here. If you look closely at the people walking, you can see the street is so slick, people are even having trouble walking on it. Now that’s bad!

The general jist of it is the judge just ruled in favor of the RIAA to prevent XM + MP3 players from “recording” XM braodcasted songs. XM attempted to compare their XM + MP3 player as being nothing more than a radio tuner + cassette player, but unfortunately the judge ruled against it.

I tell you, one of these days RIAA’s reign of terror is going to prevent anybody from owning any music.

It would seem after the upgrade, the armor charts are acting a big flaky. I can’t seem to figure out why some work and some don’t. It seems rather consistent, too. I’ll take a look at them later. Right now, I need sleep…
